Strain Preservation & Identification Platform(SPIP)
Identification: This platform has the capability to perform identification tests on microbial morphology and microbial physiology, and even to do DNA base composition analysis (G+C mol%), DNA recombination, rDNA homology analysis, etc.
Preservation: Various preservation techniques are respectively in place targeting strains of different characters. For instance, regular transplantation method, sand pipe method, liquid paraffin method, vacuum lyophilization method, liquid nitrogen ultra-low temperature freezing method, etc.
HTSBP develops satisfactory high throughput breeding techniques based on different strain characters. It greatly accelerates the speed of strain improvement & modification on induced strain breeding and gets more scores at the early stage of microbiological drug manufacture.

SEPP has a complete set of separation, extraction & purification equipment, which are used to separate or purify the targeted substances. Meanwhile, the platform is skilled in designing and carrying out separation, extraction and purification schemes of complex products, manufacturing reference standards or impurities.

Analytical Test Platform(ATP)
ATP was specially established to coordinate with the other five platforms. Not only regular analytical instruments for physical & chemical tests, Not only regular analytical instruments for physical & chemical tests,but also sophisticated HPLC are equipped in our platform. The existence of ATP proves to be a cornerstone of various analytical tests and more importantly,it makes us easier to optimize the analytical methods or do some stability research.
R & D Center
The R&D Centre has six technical platforms: High Throughput Strain Breeding Platform; Strain Preservation & Identification Platform; Strain Genetic Modification Platform; Microbiological Fermentation Platform; Separation, Extraction and Purification Platform; Analytical Test Platform. All the six platforms are well equipped, which enable us to conduct kinds of R&D work on products.
R&D Center has more than 40 full-time employees, more than 80% of them have master’s degrees or doctor’s degrees. Most of the R&D key staff have over 10 years of experience in microbiological field, and are proficient in full process of APIs and comprehensive healthcare products. The key staff of our company have expertise in industrial strain breeding, fermentation engineering, purification and separation, instrumental analysis, quality study and related file submissions. All of them had received systematic QEHS training and practicing.
